Background
Born in 1953. Cand. jur 1980. Founder of Rasmussen & Broch ANS in 1984 together with Sverre Bugge Rasmussen. Broch's main field of work lies within commercial law with an emphasis on contracts and negotiations, real estate, construction, agency and franchise, corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, competition- and marketing law.
Broch has a long-lasting experience from various boards within the commercial life. He has been an examiner with the University of Bergen for 25 years.
